“I refuse to accept the end of man.”

An intriguing new teaser trailer has been released for director Matt Reeve's highly anticipated sequel, War For the Planet of the Apes. The trailer is called "Witness The End" and it's narrated by Charlton Heston, who as you know, starred in the original Planet of the Apes films. The monologue you hear in this trailer was taken from the original movie. 

I love this teaser because it dives into our history. We get to see footage from the franchise intercut with old footage highlighting the accomplishments of man throughout history. It's also been announced today that the final full trailer for War For The Planet of the Apes will be released tomorrow so stay tuned for that!

In War for the Planet of the Apes, the third chapter of the critically acclaimed blockbuster franchise, Caesar and his apes are forced into a deadly conflict with an army of humans led by a ruthless Colonel. After the apes suffer unimaginable losses, Caesar wrestles with his darker instincts and begins his own mythic quest to avenge his kind. As the journey finally brings them face to face, Caesar and the Colonel are pitted against each other in an epic battle that will determine the fate of both their species and the future of the planet.

This movie looks incredible and it comes out on July 14th.
